Much cherished 1948 Ferguson T20 straight petrol tractor in full working order. Serial number TEA41533. The tractor is unregistered, so no plates or paperwork. >From new, used on grassland farm. Parked for nearly 30 years & then lovingly restored but little used in recent months. Used by myself for competitive vintage ploughing matches in South West Wales. To my surprise triumphing on many occasions. Non-original parts include: Foot plates, exhaust pipe, seat & front tyres. Otherwise all original. I am told that the rear tyres may be the original ‘India closed centre tread’ version. This lovely old machine is ideal for vintage shows, ploughing matches, rallies & road runs. No major mechanical or cosmetic work required, although would benefit from a new battery due to recent lack of use. A very tidy & reliable piece of agricultural history. Inspections very welcome. ferguson grey gold vineyard tractor. 1 of only 8 ever produced. totally original condition. never touched. extremely rare. as seen in michael thornes collection. i would like to buy a muck spreader to attach to my MF35 3 cyl, i saw one on for sale which is nice size, self loader,however the seller says it comes with a hydraulic top link and needs a 50 / 60 HP tractor with hydraulic spool valves on the back. As a complete novice I have no idea what he is on about, my MF 35 has the usual PTO and 3 point linkage at the back and a hydraulic hose which ends at the side of the seat but is not attached to anything.Does anyone know if this is what is meant by a "spoolvalves" ? and can i just attach this hose to the hydraulic top link? From V.L.Churchill speclist tools MS2700b Tractor dismantling tool including the rail 2.4mtrs long,fixed stand for under the gearbox/clutch,mobile stand on wheels for under the engine.
