I have a Tea20 tvo converted tractor, i need help before i go taking it apart. It started running off a cylinder (back cylinder nearest driver) so i checked the plug and lead and i have spark but it doesnt seem to be ’wetting the plug’no smell of petrol or carbon on this plug after i run it for a while,i have compression on this cylinder so im thinking its a problem in the head?? However I do have a copy of an archive entry from the council where it was registered. This with the engine and chassis number (both legible) should be enough for FOFH to assist in obtaining the original registration. My TEF20 has suddenly started to smoke like billio (dark grey) for two to three minutes after start up (starts very well). I am worried that water, getting into the combustion process, is causing this. Coolant system has anti-freeze in.
